Dall’esclusiva cornice della “Royal Albert Hall”, a Londra, si è tenuta ieri la 71esima edizione dei “BAFTA”.. i premi britannici assegnati ogni anno ai migliori protagonisti del cinema. In vista della cerimonia degliOscar”.. attesa a Marzo.. le riconferme per Frances McDormand, sopra in Valentino, e “Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri”, che restano favoriti rispettivamente come “miglior attrice” e “miglior film”.. Gary Oldman come “miglior attore” per “Darkest Hour”.. e Guillermo Del Toro come “miglior regista” per “The Shape of Water”.

L’Italia ha portato a casa il premio come “miglior adattamento cinematografico” con il film di Luca Guadagnino, “Call Me By Your Name”.
